All affiliates, promoters, influencers, media buyers, email marketers, and advertising partners promoting our products must strictly follow the rules and guidelines below.

## Approved Marketing Guidelines

Affiliates may promote our products only as:

* Novelty collectibles
* Patriotic memorabilia
* Souvenir products
* Commemorative display items
* Entertainment or collector-themed merchandise

All marketing materials must accurately represent the products and may not contain misleading claims.

## Strictly Prohibited Claims

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from making any statements or implications that products:

* Are investments
* Will increase in value
* Can generate profits or returns
* Are legal tender or currency
* Can be redeemed, cashed out, exchanged, or deposited
* Are backed by gold, cryptocurrency, banks, governments, or financial institutions
* Are officially endorsed by Donald J. Trump or The Trump Organization
* Are part of any official financial, political, banking, or government system
* Guarantee wealth, financial freedom, or economic protection

The following types of phrases are strictly prohibited:

* “Cash out”
* “Redeem for money”
* “Official Trump currency”
* “Preloaded with value”
* “Guaranteed future value”
* “Investment opportunity”
* “Financial revolution”
* “Bank-approved”
* “Legal tender”
* “Crypto-backed”

## Trump & Public Figure References

Affiliates may not falsely imply endorsement, sponsorship, authorization, or official affiliation with Donald J. Trump, The Trump Organization, or any public figure, political organization, or government entity.

Any references must be clearly presented as commentary, parody, commemorative themes, or collectible inspiration only.

## Mandatory Disclosures

Affiliates must clearly disclose that products are novelty collectible items and not investments, financial products, or legal tender.

Required disclosure example:

“This product is a novelty collectible item intended for commemorative and entertainment purposes only. It is not legal tender, not an investment, and not affiliated with or endorsed by Donald J. Trump or any official organization.”

## Email & SMS Marketing Rules

Affiliates may not use:

* Fake urgency related to financial systems
* False banking claims
* Misleading subject lines
* Impersonation of public figures
* Fake government notices
* Fraudulent “account activation” or “release” language

All marketing communications must comply with applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, FTC, and consumer protection regulations.

## Enforcement

Any affiliate found violating this policy may have commissions withheld, affiliate access terminated, and/or legal action taken if necessary.

We reserve the right to monitor affiliate promotions and request removal of non-compliant marketing materials at any time.
